<p>When last we communicated, I addressed the involvement of Ronald E. Johnson,
a funeral director for many years primarily serving the Armenian Community
of Central Massachusetts &#8211; who at my encouragement joined Nordgren
Memorial Chapel. Threatened by the thought of not having a place to practice
as a funeral director if what the Mangsen&#8217;s were doing to me, was
done to Mr. Johnson &#8211; Mr. Johnson joined forces with the Mangsen&#8217;s
in an attempt to assassinate my character and henceforth discredit me.</p>
<p>The following are statements made by Mr. Johnson on December 9, 2003 at
the State Board meeting held in Boston - statements which I have on an audio
tape as well as transcribed and so certified by a court reporter. The State
Board had a lengthy discussion prior to my being invited into the meeting
&#8211; the circumstances and content of the discussion to be a Major topic
of a subsequent &#8220;Part&#8221; in this series and a subject of an investigation
we have requested and will continue to make to responsible officials within
and without the administrative and investigative process within the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts. Suffice it to say, positions had been taken and prejudicial
and biased statements and judgments made prior to my participation at the
meeting and in the process. More on this issue soon.</p>
<p>Mr. Johnson, during an unannounced (or not so unannounced) inspection at
Nordgren Memorial Chapel on November 19, 2003, told Mr. Bresnahan something
about letters that I supposedly prepared to focus attention away from himself.
In so doing, Mr. Bresnahan, during the December 9, 2003 meeting asked the
following, &#8220;Ron&#8221; (pretty chummy on a 1st name basis for an investigator
to be asking a witness to re-state what he had told him previously, wouldn&#8217;t
you say), &#8220;Ron, tell them (referencing members of the State Board,
attorneys and employees of the State Board, and interested attendees) what
you told me about the letters that he (referencing me) had prepared.&#8221;</p>
<p> Mr. Johnson&#8217;s response &#8211; &#8220;Oh, he told me that he had
over 2,000 letters prepared to go out to the different families, that he
      would in fact let them know that he was no longer with Nordgren&#8217;s.&#8221;
    </p>
    <p> Mr. Bresnahan interrupted &#8211; &#8220;Through his clergy people?&#8221;</p>
    <p> Mr. Johnson&#8217;s response &#8211; &#8220;Through his clergy!&#8221;</p>
<p>When asked about when the pre-need files at Nordgren Memorial Chapel were
being locked, Mr. Johnson contradicted Mr. &amp; Mrs. Mangsen and stated
&#8211; &#8220;The files were not locked the day after Mr. Bresnahan arrived,
but as much as three (3) months prior to that. We were just concerned because
I think the files were being taken out and (inaudible), and Kurt was concerned
and locked the file cabinets and put the key away even to my dismay, because
when I needed to get in and open the file in the middle of the night, one
night I didn&#8217;t know where the key was.&#8221;</p>
<p>I indicated in Part 2 of this series that I would ask Mr. Johnson, &#8220;What
are your plans for Eternity?&#8221; I almost had the opportunity to do so
personally and face-to-face on Friday, February 24, 2006 while I was at
the offices of my (our) eye doctor. I had just had the initial screening
by the doctor, had my eyes dilated, and was waiting for drops to do their
thing; when Mr. Johnson arrived for his eye examination. He noticed me before
I noticed him (my eyes blurry at this point), and we exchanged pleasantries.
Were it not for the fact the reception area had 3-4 other patients in the
same waiting area, I would have asked Mr. Johnson straight out &#8211; &#8220;What
are your plans for eternity?&#8221; Quite honestly, I did not have to ask
the question, for just being in each others presence was enough to have
the question have its true impact.</p>
<p>As I have indicated to every family, every business associate, and most
with whom I come in contact with on a daily basis, &#8220;May you live every
day of your life as if it was your last day on earth. Leave no stone unturned.
Leave nothing undone and leave nothing unsaid, for you may not have another
chance to &#8216;balance the books&#8217; before you answer the call of
the Good Lord.&#8221; Mr. Johnson, once again, I ask <strong><em>&#8220;What
are your plans for Eternity?&#8221;</em></strong> Enough for now about Mr.
      Johnson.</p>
<p>Suffice it to say, the conspiracy the State Board decided to champion on
behalf of Nordgren Memorial Chapel and the Mangsen&#8217;s, and who encouraged
the Mangsen&#8217;s to file complaints against me, was well underway before
Mr. Bresnahan visited Nordgren Memorial Chapel on November 19, 2003 and
was caught on tape &#8211; even though the State Board Chairperson (the
late John Kazlauskas) attempted to have an employee of the State Board,
Kim Scully, delete his defaming, prejudicial, unethical, and biased remarks
      about me. </p>
<p>I responded to a series of three (3) complaints filed by Mrs. Mangsen <em>(<strong>please
note</strong> &#8211; &#8220;complaints filed NOT by Kurt Mangsen, president,
CEO, and owner of Nordgren Memorial Chapel; but by Mrs. Mangsen, the unlicensed,
stay at home mother of 5 children and the wife of Kurt Mangsen&#8221;)</em>.
I shall present in another part of this series the actual complaints Mrs.
Mangsen filed with the State Board as being the true, correct, and complete
to the best of her knowledge; my responses thereto; actions taken by the
State Board assuming the State Board investigated the validity of the complaints
and the substantiated responses I provided; and what has evolved during
      the past two (2) years.</p>
<p>All the while I was responding to the complaints filed by Mrs. Mangsen
in late 2003 and early 2004, I was unaware of what preceded my participation
at the December 9, 2003 meeting of the State Board and what transpired after
my departure when the Mangsen&#8217;s, their attorney, and Mr. Johnson were
invited into the meeting. I shall share the entire content of the meeting
including actual documented statements and comments made by all parties
to the proceedings in the weeks and months ahead.</p>
<p>It became immediately apparent when the first complaint was filed by Mrs.
      Mangsen that a <strong>&#8220;witch hunt&#8221; </strong>was underway; and
was so stated by me in my correspondence to and discussion with Mr. Bresnahan
and the State Board. If only we knew then what we learned as a result of
our on-going investigation many months later, the corruption and subsequent
conspiracy and attempted cover up could have been diffused and the issues
resolved before the Commonwealth of Massachusetts had expended hundred&#8217;s
of thousands of dollars &#8211; in time and resources on allegations and
accusations that shall soon be proven to be known blatant lies &#8211; testimony
to be provided by families that have lost loved ones or who made plans for
the eventual passing of their loved ones and have been incorrectly and unjustly
referenced in the complaints filed by Mrs. Mangsen. Many of these families
will be called to testify at the defense portion of the Administrative Hearing,
      yet to be scheduled.</p>
<p>The State Board did not expect and certainly did not want us to obtain
a copy of the proceedings of the December 9, 2003 meeting &#8211; the tape
we finally obtained 10 months after our original request (you will be presented
with our appeals and numerous correspondences requesting the audio tape).
The tape tells volumes about the conspiracy we have alluded to for many
months and for which we have requested State Authorities to initiate an
independent investigation and review of the facts we have obtained in these
      proceedings.</p>
    <p><strong><em>Part 4 in the 12 Part Series &#8211; March 10, 2006</em></strong></p>
<p><em><strong>Subject: &#8220;Continuing presentation of the results of our
investigation and recent correspondence received from and forwarded to responsible
State Officials &#8211; requesting action on their behalf&#8221;</strong></em></p>
