    <p>As promised, it is time to present the results of our two (2) year investigation 
      into the actions and statements of the owners and staff at Nordgren Memorial 
      Chapel in Worcester. The information that has and will be presented on this 
      web site is factual and supported by documentation. <strong>Please note</strong> 
      &#8211; we will demonstrate that actions of the parties listed above and 
      specific instances of intentional deceit and blatant lies, which can ONLY 
      be characterized as <strong>&#8220;crimes of hate&#8221;</strong> were directed 
      at Philip G. Haddad, Jr., an owner of Nordgren Memorial Chapel, by Kurt 
      and Katherine Mangsen, president &amp; treasurer respectively of Nordgren 
      Memorial Chapel in a deliberate attempt to discredit Mr. Haddad at any cost 
      in the eyes of the Orthodox Community that he had so ably served for more 
      than 23 years.</p>
    <p>The vicious, malicious, and defaming complaints filed against me by Nordgren 
      Memorial Chapel with the State Board were all signed by Katherine Mangsen 
      alone; and not one (1) complaint was signed by Kurt Mangsen, president, 
      CEO, and the only licensed stockholder at Nordgren&#8217;s other than Mr. 
      Haddad. We shall demonstrate the actions of Mrs. Mangsen prior to the November 
      19, 2003 termination of Mr. Haddad&#8217;s employment to be reckless, dishonest, 
      vindictive, and a <strong>&#8220;witch hunt&#8221;</strong>; and her premeditated 
      actions were encouraged and supported by Gail Wiles, Nordgren&#8217;s secretary 
      and a close friend and confidant of Mrs. Mangsen. Specific instances, and 
      the facts and documentation to support the conclusions drawn, will be presented 
      for your review and consideration.</p>
    <p>I have stated in previous updates &#8211; &#8220;The Truth Will Set Me 
      Free&#8221; as I believe it will for the Mangsen&#8217;s, Nordgren&#8217;s 
      staff, and several others that now find themselves embroiled in the issues 
      we are about to present. I am advised that the truth is all well and good, 
      but what matters ONLY within the judicial system and within the public opinion 
      arena is <strong>&#8220;that which can be proven.&#8221;</strong></p>
    <p>I am deeply grateful for my tenure with the federal government, for early 
      on in my 30+ year career; I was singled out, trained, and certified as a 
      Grievance Examiner. I was trained to stay cool, review every aspect of a 
      situation with an open mind, not to draw or jump to conclusions without 
      the benefit of every fact available and even then to ask the unexpected 
      questions of all parties, and to give everyone involved in a situation (or 
      grievance) the benefit of the doubt until every bit of evidence was presented 
      or obtained. </p>
    <p>What does all this mean and what is its relevancy to the issues initiated 
      by the Mangsen&#8217;s? It is called &#8220;documentation&#8221;! It is 
      called &#8220;audit trail&#8221;! It is called &#8220;getting all the facts 
      in hand before taking action, drawing conclusions, and making statements 
      that will come back to haunt you, - statements which you <em><strong>will</strong></em> 
      be held accountable for if you rush to judgment.&#8221; </p>
    <p>Our investigation is complete. The facts, supported by documentation, are 
      in hand. And it&#8217;s time to expose all parties to the <strong>&#8220;character 
      assassination&#8221;</strong> and <strong>&#8220;colossal conspiracy&#8221;</strong> 
      I have alluded to on numerous occasions to authorities within the Commonwealth 
      of Massachusetts and on this web site. </p>
    <p>At this point, the results of our investigation will be presented in a 
      12 part series commencing on Friday, February 10, 2006 and continue until 
      all the facts, documented and soon to be proven in the administrative and 
      judicial process, are made available to you and all interested parties.</p>
    <p>Finally, after more than two (2) years of being unjustly exiled from being 
      able to practice as a funeral director and to serve the Orthodox Community 
      and others in Central Massachusetts by statements and actions of biased, 
      prejudiced, unethical, and downright malicious funeral directors and appointed 
      state officials, the administrative process began on January 18-19, 2006 
      in the offices of the Division of Professional Licensure in Boston. The 
      witnesses for my defense were subpoenaed and in several cases traumatized 
      to receive notification they were to testify with less than 10 days notice 
      to appear. It was only after our witnesses were notified to appear that 
      we were informed that the prosecution needed both January 18th and January 
      19th to present their case against me, and that I would have the opportunity 
      to present my defense at a future date to be scheduled after the prosecution 
      had wrapped up its case.</p>
    <p> We immediately notified the 18 witnesses (now 20) that the subpoenas issued 
      were null and void and that we would be notifying them of the new date(s) 
      for them to testify as soon as the dates were set, and that they would receive 
      at least 30 days prior notice in order to arrange their schedules to appear 
      at the hearing in Boston.</p>
    <p>As a result of the complaints filed by Mrs. Mangsen, the prosecution called 
      as witnesses Fr. John Thomas, nephew of the late Monsignor Edmund Haddad; 
      Michael Constantinou; Gail Wiles; and Katherine Mangsen to appear on Wednesday, 
      January 18, 2006. At this point I shall not release the content of their 
      testimony, until I have received the official transcript so as to quote 
      the witnesses for the prosecution accurately.</p>
    <p>On Thursday, January 19, 2006 only Ronald Johnson, Atty. Paul O&#8217;Connell 
      (Nordgren&#8217;s former legal counsel for 30+ years), and David Pickering 
      (Rand Harper Pickering Westborough Funeral Home) were present to testify. 
      Kurt Mangsen was scheduled to testify; but since the prosecution decided 
      to call State Board Inspector, John Bresnahan, and Tracy Mitchell, a Medfield 
      funeral home owner (the prosecutions expert witness), apparently they decided 
      to reschedule Kurt Mangsen to that date. Again, at this point I shall not 
      release the content of their testimony, until I have received the official 
      transcript so as to quote the witnesses for the prosecution accurately.</p>
    <p>The Administrative Hearings Counsel set the date of Friday, February 3, 
      2006 as the date for the prosecution to present its last witnesses and to 
      wrap up its case. At that time dates for my testimony and for the 20 witnesses 
      for the defense to be called would be determined.</p>
    <p>The February 3, 2006 scheduled hearing date was cancelled and no further 
      dates for the prosecution or the presentation of our defense have been determined. 
    </p>
    <p>I shall set aside space each week as I present the results of our investigation 
      commencing on Friday, February 10, 2006 to provide an update on the proceedings 
      of the Administrative Hearing conducted by the Division of Professional 
      Licensure. Stay tuned.</p>
