<p>Before proceeding with the topic for this update – “4 –
Candles”, I want to invite you to the hearing on the complaints filed
against me with the State Board by Nordgren Memorial Chapel’s Katherine
Mangsen, wife of Kurt Mangsen. (Please note - not one of the many “6
or 7 at last count” complaints were signed or filed by Kurt Mangsen,
president/CEO of Nordgren’s, but ALL were generated and signed by
Kurt’s wife, Katherine).</p>
<p>The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday & Thursday, January 18-19, 2006
at the Offices of the Division of Professional Licensure, 239 Causeway Street,
2nd Floor, Boston commencing at 10:00AM each day. If you have the time and
wish to get a better understanding of the complaints filed against me by
Mrs. Mangsen and issues presented on this web site, plan to attend the hearing.
You certainly are welcome.</p>
<h3 align="center">Breaking News ! Breaking News ! Breaking News !</h3>
<p>Moments ago (this being Thursday, January 12th) at 4:25PM, we were notified
by Atty. Leslie Alexander, prosecuting counsel for the State Board that
the State Board will require both Wednesday, January 18th and Thursday,
January 19th in order to present their case and call witnesses to testify
against me. Therefore, we have been notified that the 18 witnesses we had
either subpoenaed by a constable, notified by first class mail, or requested
that they voluntarily attend the hearing and answer questions concerning
the allegations and accusations made by Mrs. Mangsen within the past two
days will now NOT be able to testify to the truth next week as was dictated
and mandated by the Division of Professional Licensure. </p>
<p>The State Board and Division of Professional Licensure has denied every
request we have made on behalf of our witnesses to have the hearing scheduled
in Worcester to enable our witnesses (most elderly, restricted as to mobility,
and several wheelchair bound) to participate at the hearing. As a result
of subpoenas sent out two days ago, medical releases have been initiated
for two of our witnesses, educators in school systems have requested time
off and arrangements made for back up coverage, and transportation had been
arranged in order to get all the witnesses to the hearing in Boston.</p>
<h3 align="center">Justice At What Price !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br>
</h3>
<p><br>
You will note from previous updates (<a href="archives/2006/01/20060107.shtml">now
restored to this web site – see UPDATE – January 7, 2006</a>)
that we had requested on several occasions of the Administrative Hearings
Counsel that the hearing be held in the Worcester area to accommodate the
majority of the witnesses to be called for both the prosecution and defense
– especially since many of the defense witnesses were elderly and
in poor health and the thoughts of traveling to Boston during the morning
and evening commute, hassling the traffic, and finding parking was almost
too much to bear for the elderly as you can well imagine. Request denied.</p>
<p>You will also note that we requested that the hearing NOT be scheduled
in the middle of the winter to accommodate the elderly witnesses, since
health issues and concerns are more prevalent in extreme cold. Request denied.</p>
<p>Now with subpoenas issued and these elderly folks sufficiently traumatized
by the subpoenas and thoughts of having to get to Boston and being questioned
in an environment alien to them, we must now inform them their participation
at the Administrative Hearing will be delayed to another time. These folks
– these same witnesses have been a “pawn” for the Mangsen’s
and Nordgren Memorial Chapel in their vicious and malicious allegations
and accusations – and in all instances I have more than satisfactorily
addressed the allegations in responses to the complaints going directly
to the State Board of Registration of Funeral Directors and Embalmers.</p>
<p>The careless allegations and cavalier attitude of the Mangsen’s now
mandate that families that have suffered the painful loss of loved ones
or have loved ones ill and soon to pass, are now forced to come forward
and relive their loss or confront the anticipated loss of loved ones. How
tragic! </p>
<p>The State Board in the persons of its former Chairman, Mr. Kazlauskas (now
deceased) and its investigator (Mr. Bresnahan) supported, and according
to some accounts initiated, the “Witch Hunt” that has been on-going
for more than two years (27 months). The cozy relationship that began and
continues to flourish between the Mangsen’s and the State Board investigator
is enough to make even the most compromised civil servant ashamed to be
part of a corrupt system that is incapable of or unwilling to investigate
its own.</p>
<p>I possess the/an audio tape with the actual voices of the conspirators
and co-conspirators plotting their strategy as they laid out their plan
to discredit me and assassinate my character. The Governor, Lt. Governor,
Inspector General, Ethics Commission, and Attorney General could care less
– for this “potato” is apparently too hot for them to
handle.</p>
<p>When fully exposed, the deliberate waste of Commonwealth of Massachusetts
state resources and your tax dollars on a “Witch Hunt” characterized
as an investigation by corrupt conspirators will make the hair stand up
on the back of your necks.</p>
<p>But we have come to realize that “truth” has little basis or
merit when it comes to actions taken in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
by our elected and appointed public officials. I sincerely hope and pray
that my experience and that of the witnesses that shall be called to testify
for and against me in the months ahead shall be the exception and NOT the
norm for what the future holds in State Government for others as they are
targeted unjustly for the personal agendas of less than honorable people.</p>
<p>The topic for this update is “4 Candles” and is dedicated to
the Mangsen’s; to Mr. & Mrs. Johnson and their family; to Mrs.
Wiles; to present members of the State Board, its investigator, and it’s
recently departed Chairman, Mr. Kazlauskas; to the Division of Professional
Licensure; and to all the employees of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
with whom I have spoken in the past 27 months and who have chosen NOT to
seek the truth and own up to their responsibility to serve the public trust.
You are too numerous to mention, but you certainly know who you are.</p>

<p>How powerful is this message? For some – very powerful! For others
– way over your head! Where are you?</p>
