In the Update for October 7, 2005 I presented my request dated September
29, 2005 for an “advisory opinion” from the
State Board of Registration of Funeral Directors & Embalmers, and indicated
I would publish the response when it was received. The response from the
State Board was dated December 6, 2005, posted on December 8, 2005, and
received by me on Saturday, December 10, 2005. To my surprise and shock,
to be quite honest, the response was the first professional response I have
had from the State Board or Division of Professional Licensure in more than
25 months; yet I and my attorneys have responded professionally and timely
to each and every request made of us during this time. At some point in
the very near future as we publish the results of our investigation, you
will see for yourself the professionalism and attention to detail that is
emblematic of how I do business; and the blatant disregard for fairness,
justice, and impartiality by a prejudiced, biased, and corrupt State Board
now attempting to hide behind its unethical incompetence.

After presenting the response from Mr. Edward P. Mazur, Secretary of the
State Board, I shall present a congratulatory letter of sorts I addressed
to Mr. Mazur on Tuesday, December 13, 2005 and requesting an answer to a
question posed to the State Board by me and my attorneys on numerous occasions
in the past 25 months – an answer yet to be received.

The following correspondence was forwarded by me to Mr. Mazur dated Tuesday,

Dear Mr. Mazur:

Re: Advisory Ruling dated December 6, 2005

I am extremely grateful for your response to my request for an advisory
        opinion dated September 29, 2005.

This is the first time in more than two (2) years of corresponding with
the State Board and Division of Professional Licensure wherein I can term
the response from either entity as being professional. Again, I express
        my deepest appreciation.

It is not my intent to press my luck, but I shall make one additional
request of you – the same request that has been made by me and my
attorneys on numerous occasions in the past 25 months and to which we
have yet to receive an answer.

I have been licensed by the State Board since 1967. During this time
and up to November 19, 2003 it is my belief and recollection that I had
NEVER filed a complaint with the State Board of Registration of Embalming
& Funeral Directing. My official request of you is to confirm or deny
my belief and recollection of this fact.

Your timely response is anticipated and appreciated.

Mr. Mazur, I look forward to meeting you at the hearing finally scheduled
in 2006, and at that time I shall pose a number of questions to you, Mr.
        Barile, and Ms. Cartmell-Siricco.

Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.

Best regards,

I have been requested to withhold publishing the findings from our investigation
until after a meeting was to be held on December 15, 2005 – meeting
now postponed until the 1st week of January 2006. I shall honor this request
and withhold disclosing the results of our investigation through the 1st
week of January; after which the results will be published and distributed
and ALL previous updates will reappear on this web site.

“I thank you for your support, encouragement, and prayers;
and Carolyn and I wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas at this most
      blessed time of the year.”
