I will begin by apologizing for not providing weekly
updates as previously planned. There is so much happening and information
now surfacing that reaffirms what we have known for some time – that
“a conspiracy of colossal proportions” involving
three (3) and potentially four (4) funeral directors in central Massachusetts,
has finally “raised its ugly head” – and as such, I am
forced to issue bi-weekly instead of weekly updates

Background information:

On November 19, 2003 without any advanced notice at approximately 4:30PM,
I was served with a letter of termination from Nordgren Memorial Chapel
by Constable William George; termination letter signed by Kurt Mangsen,
President, Nordgren Memorial Chapel. (At that time I was and still am
a minority owner of Nordgren Memorial Chapel, Worcester, MA).

I was surprised but not shocked by the termination letter; although
I would have expected better of Kurt. What do I mean by this? Once the
purchase of the Carrigan’s interest in Nordgren Memorial Chapel
was completed and Katherine Mangsen became involved in the day to day
activities of the funeral home, things changed dramatically. The environment
began to change as did the need to have me around for advice and counsel.

I was voted off Nordgren Memorial Chapel’s
Board of Directors by Kurt & Katherine on July 30, 2003, and replaced
by Ronald Johnson.

My salary was stopped with but two
days notice on August 25, 2003.

A new salary compensation package was
proposed to me by Katherine Mangsen in late September 2003 in the presence
of Ronald Johnson, that in effect cut my salary by 40%. Proposal - rejected
by me.

Shortly thereafter, dental coverage
for me and my family was terminated by Katherine Mangsen. (Thank God I
had medical coverage on my own).

The very next day, I was notified by
Katherine Mangsen, Nordgren Memorial Chapel was no longer prepared to
pay for the cell phone assigned to me.

So, was I shocked by the letter of termination? No, “but
surprised” that Kurt Mangsen would be a party to such a gross miscarriage
of justice. (“Did I mention, my wife Carolyn and I are God Parents
to Derek, a son of Kurt & Katherine Mangsen?”).

The letter of termination referenced one or more findings of Mr.
John Bresnahan, investigator, State Board of Registration of Funeral Directors
and Embalmers from his unannounced visit to Nordgren Memorial Chapel just
6 hours earlier.

Litigation proceedings will not allow me to address the specific
allegations other than to state; I expressed my complete cooperation with
the State Board – the specifics of my actions to follow.

Kurt and Katherine Mangsen used this fortutitious opportunity to
contact Atty. Sinrich and to prepare an immediate letter of termination
– something that they were obviously planning for some time and now
circumstances gave them a legitimate (or so they thought) reason to move
forward with the termination letter.

At the time I was an owner (still am) of Nordgren Memorial Chapel.
I had invested a great deal of money into the purchase of the funeral home.
My participation was instrumental in the purchase of the Carrigan Family’s
interest in Nordgren Memorial Chapel. It is apparent Kurt and Katherine
Mangsen wanted me out and the actions taken by them followed a pattern which
clearly states this to be their purpose.

What is abundantly troublesome is the lack of professionalism,
good judgment, and basic decency by Nordgren Memorial Chapel’s counsel
and Clerk of Nordgren Memorial Chapel’s Corporate Board, Atty. Scott
Sinrich. As an owner and investor in the funeral home, Atty. Sinrich had
an obligation and responsibility to me and the Corporation to ascertain
the facts prior to taking action and, if action was required, to represent
me and the corporation in resolving the matter. Atty. Sinrich did neither
and as a result of his actions and lack thereof, Nordgren Memorial Chapel
and Kurt and Katherine Mangsen have had to fabricate allegations and accusations
and enroll the State Board of Registration of Funeral Directors and Embalmers
in a process to justify their actions. Together they (the State Board and
the Mangsen’s) thought they “smelled smoke, called for the fire
engines, and suddenly found no fire.”

Several days later, I was requested to appear before the State
Board of Registration of Funeral Directors and Embalmers – meeting
to be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2003. I had meetings and presentations
scheduled in NYC on December 8-9, 2003, but I was able to change the dates
in order to accommodate the State Board.

WHAT HAPPENS PRIOR TO MY APPEARANCE AT THE STATE BOARD MEETING ON DECEMBER
9, 2003, DURING THE STATE BOARD MEETING, AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE STATE
BOARD MEETING WILL “TURN YOUR STOMACH” and I shall, therefore,
hold all details and the chronology of events and correspondence between
me and the State Board of Registration of Funeral Directors and Embalmers
until next time.

Don’t Miss The Next Update on May 23, 2005 of “Justice
At What Price !” At that time, I will present documents, actual conversations,
and correspondence to and from members of the State Board of Registration
of Funeral Directors and Embalmers, Commonwealth of Massachusetts –
a chronology that will shake the core of your own existence – as you
speculate “WOW !” Next time, it could be me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

More soon.
