All registered delegates and accompanying persons' fee include one ticket to attend each function. Students, Day delegates and persons wishing to buy (extra) tickets for the functions, must pre-book and add the additional function fees to the registration fee.

<a name="pro"><b>Registration Procedure</b></a><br>
<p>
<b>Please follow this procedure when submitting your registration.</b>
<p>
<b>A :</b> Complete registration form in full.<br>
<b>B :</b> Indicate type of payment.
If paying by credit card - please provide full details ( please also include the last 3 digits at the back of the credit card).
If paying by bank transfer - please include proof of transfer document together with registration form.<br>
<b>C :</b> The Conference Secretariat will confirm receipt of each registration form and confirm accommodation by e-mail or fax.
The confirmation form will include the following information:
<ul>
<li>confirmation of hotel/guesthouse reservation
<li>physical address and telephone number of accommodation establishment
<li>payment received
<li>payment owing
</ul>
<p>
<b>D :</b> If your registration form is received in the following period: 21 December until 12 January 2000, the Secretariat will acknowledge receipt of the registration and confirm the
accommodation booking by 15 January 2000.

<a name="pol"><b>Cancellation Policy</b></a><br>
<p>
Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and faxed or e-mailed to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellation received before 15 January 2000 will be refunded 100 % of the registration fees received, less administrative fee of US$ 25. No refunds for cancellations received after 15 January 2000. This applies to all registration categories and accompanying persons.
