A provisional booking has been made by the Secretariat at the following establishments. All reservations for these establishments should be made through the Secretariat. It is important to note that the official schedule for the daily shuttles will only operate from these establishments.

<b>Strand Beach Hotel </b>
<p>
Strand Beach Hotel is � 10 minutes drive from The Lord Charles Hotel.
Situated on Beach Road with an unspoilt view of the sea, the hotel provides comfortable and stylish accommodation and a large sea-view restaurant which caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Strand Beach Hotel is 15 minutes drive from Stellenbosch and half an hour from the Cape Town City centre.

<b>Albourne Guest House</b>
<p>
Albourne Guest House is 5 minutes drive from the Lord Charles Hotel.
Albourne is a charming guest house with comfortable rooms overlooking the lovely garden and terrace. The friendly owners welcome guests in English, German, Dutch, French and Spanish. There is no restaurant on the premises but some rooms include semi-self catering facilities (on request). The owners can assist guests with dinner reservations at one of the many restaurants in Somerset West.

<b>Deposits and Cancellations</b></a>
<p>
The conference secretariat has made provisional bookings at the listed establishments. Please complete the accommodation reservation section on the registration form to reserve a room. The deposit required is equal to one night's accommodation per person. Please provide credit card details together with authorization from the credit card holder to charge the deposit to the credit card account of the delegate. If credit card details cannot be provided, please contact the Secretariat to make alternative arrangements. <p>
Bookings cannot be confirmed without receipt of credit card details.<p>
Bookings <b>cancelled</b> 30 days and less prior to the date of arrival = no refund. Bookings cancelled 4 days and less prior to the date of arrival will be liable for the full accommodation account ie. the total number of nights booked by the delegate.<p>
The accommodation account must be settled in full, by the delegate on departure.
