As our Buyer's Agent, Audrey's help was invaluable to us. She prevented us from making a mistake in our lot selection. We wanted a large backyard so our small children would have a place to play. In thinking that the bigger lot the better to accomplish that end, we chose, from two lots. the biggest in total size. Knowing our goals, Audrey showed us how the smaller lot was actually going to give us more room in the backyard because of the way the house would be situated on the larger lot. We quickly changed our lot selection! She also sat with us during our 3-hour options meeting. She advised us what options were best done by the builder and which would be cost effective to have done after construction.
