judging of the First Annual Hoover Farm Holiday Lights Contest<br>was held
on Friday evening, December 21, 2012,
<a href="holidaylightscontest.html"><br>click here</a> to see the winners of
the contest!</font></b></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" align="left"><font face="Arial" size="2">We all
love our community. It is up to all of us to make sure that our
community continues to look nice. When we purchased our homes, every
homeowner signed and acknowledged the acceptance of the guidelines and
restrictions of this HOA. Everyone received a complete set of HOA
guidelines at their settlement. An Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
has been established to review all home enhancements and modifications.
Examples of improvements include decks, patios, walkways, landscaping
and basketball hoops. Your HOA guidelines provide you with the complete
list as well as an ACC application. A copy of this application is also
available on the Hoover Farm Web site (www.hooverfarm.com) or at the
Management Office. Before making improvements, please submit your
request to the ACC by sending your application to: </font></p>
