<title>Frame Job 580: How the KGB, FBI and MI6 Entrapped Themselves (in a botched Missile Sting)</title>
</head>
<body>
<font face="Garamond"><font color="#000000">Here's what "<a href="http://www.internettvnews.com/janes.html">Jane's</a>",
(the most reputable authority on defense & weapons matters), had to
say, wishing out loud that it would have been a great case, if it had been
real. Lekhani's new lawyer. Alan Zegas, isn't buying the government's case.
Here's the <a href="http://www.hindustantimes.com/news/181_363914,00050001.htm">Hindustan
Times</a> on Thursday's (4th Sept.) bail hearing, <i>delayed until SEPTEMBER
11th, </i>of course! (<a href="http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/N04262897.htm">Reuter's</a>)</font></font>
<p><font face="Garamond"><font color="#000000">Chadanand Rajghatta says
in The Times of India "<a href="http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/cms.dll/html/comp/articleshow?msid=131177">Missile
Case May be a Dud</a>" and London says "<a href="http://www.barnettimes.co.uk/news/localnews/display.var.406082.0.he_was_the_wrong_man_in_the_wrong_place_at_the_wrong_time.php">Wrong
Man in the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time</a>". It is now reported that
Lakhani was approached four (4) times to be enticed into this transaction...
So, now, any reasonable, detached skeptic, should ask themselves, '<b>were
my tax dollars (pounds, rubles) used for a sting, an entrapment, or a frame
job?</b>' Here's the <a href="http://www.pulse24.com/News/Top_Story/20030814-003/page.asp">24hours.com</a>
piece from Toronto, which asks the same questions...</font></font>
<p><font face="Garamond"><font color="#000000">Speaking of flip flop, here's
the flip <a href="http://abcnews.go.com/sections/wnt/World/missile030813_sting.html">initial
piece by ABC News</a> which disclosed information (according to un-named
sources) that the middleman/broker was a drug dealer facing a long prison
sentence, turned government snitch, and then, <a href="http://abcnews.go.com/sections/business/US/sting030825_gems.html">the
flop, a week later</a>, once the Homeland Insecurity or the Injustice Department
assumedly put the vice squeeze on senior staff or management.</font></font>
<p><font face="Garamond"><font color="#000000">Now they had re-spun it
to play up the cash transaction angle, turning it into a neat new justification
for further un-constitutional intrusions into private enterprise by the
Un-Patriotic Act. Suddenly, the street which has supplied thousands of
Jewelry Stores worldwide for decades had become the real target itself!
So <i>WAS</i> the target Yehuda Abraham, or was it the cash transaction-laden
Gem Industry?</font></font>
<p><font face="Garamond"><font color="#000000">Of course, no case is complete,
these days, without a marketing tie-in to the bad-boy Saddam Hussein. We
kid you not, <a href="http://web.mid-day.com/news/world/2003/august/61299.htm">read
here</a>...</font></font>
