black granite wall creates a minimalist focal
point and was designed to subdivide the plaza,
define a new entrance, and form space for outdoor

soils, and buried oil tanks. The new garden creates
a focal point for the surrounding nine-story
office building. Granite paving forms a
strong geometric pattern and low seating walls
edge the paving and sweep through the courtyard.

canopy of trees, directs one's attention away
