EMPLOYEE NON-SOLICITATION AGREEMENT
The undersigned employee agrees to, neither directly nor indirectly, solicit any clients, or potential clients that have received proposals from XXXXXXXX Inc. (The Company), except on behalf of, and with the approval of, The Company.
