Our experience includes conducting physical and information systems security assessments, including fraud investigations. <LI>CTI's services were secured by a financial institution to investigate alleged internal sabotage in their securities handling facility. The survey was conducted examining electronic systems and procedures along with interviewing key personnel. Successful resolution was accomplished, supplying the client with a strategy for enhanced prevention, detection and intervention plans. </LI><P>
<LI>A rapidly expanding bank asked CTI to perform a full compliance audit of security procedures to include information technology strategy. CTI made recommendations for enhancement to their personnel training programs, procedural development process and fraud investigation processes in addition to cost-effective recommendations for consolidation of control center operations.

<LI>CTI was asked to develop a corporate-wide security master plan which would include a headquarters location, corporate campus, data center and several branch locations across the US. CTI designed an integrated security control system, including centralized control center which has significantly enhanced the client's overall security posture while saving personnel resources through the centralized monitoring center. </LI><P>
<LI>This financial customer suspected a compromise in their telecommunications system. Upon being brought in to conduct a penetration review, CTI was able to reveal a material weakness in a link between two supporting software systems. This weakness was corrected and CTI provided a set of policies and procedures to reduce the chance of future exploitation. </LI>

<LI>CTI was asked by a large manufacturing client to assess their security policies and procedures. This initial contact with the client led us to rewriting their policies and procedures manual, and enhancing their electronic security systems including an alarm monitoring system for a multi-million dollar fine arts collection. CTI returns to this customer on an annual basis to conduct a full assessment of all security elements including policies and procedures and electronic security systems. </LI><P>
<LI>A large retailer was experiencing a high incidence of internal and external theft and asked CTI to make an assessment of their security strategy. CTI was able to assist this client in controlling access to their space and thereby protecting their inventories by recommending a security system that integrated access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring for response by on-site security personnel.

<LI>provide a periodic review to ensure effectiveness. </UL>
Further, CTI reviewed the client's electronic information delivery system and made recommendations for safeguarding the resident proprietary information.</LI><P>

<LI>A leading information specialist client sought CTI's help in developing an information security program and delivering it to their employees throughout the United States. CTI surveyed the client's proprietary information, their existing policies and procedures and information access guidelines and developed an information program specific to their needs. CTI traveled throughout the US and educated this client's employees in the application of the program.
