CTI provides professional services in disaster planning, preparedness, recovery and crisis management to airports, air carriers, government agencies, computer centers, and specialized agencies such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). CTI guides and instructs an agency, generally on-site, until the agency has acquired the in-house capacity to develop, revise, and maintain disaster recovery plans, policies, procedures, crisis management center operation and activation manuals, training manuals, and mock disaster drills.
