at least a high school diploma and
administrative experience in a scientific

creates a task order request for proposal (TORP).</font></li>

reviews and releases the TORP to AAT and other
vendors which were awarded a long-term
administrative support contract.</font></li>

submitted usually within seven days of receiving
the TORP.</font></li>
