The maintenance is in the form of PTFs and documentation of the PTFs. Each documentation file is a ZIPped flat file with an entry for each PTF. Each PTF file is a ZIPped file containing a file for each PTF. The files are encrypted ZIP files, and can be downloaded by clicking on their names. The encryption code word is given to license holders that are current in their maintenance contracts. The -spswd operand of PKUNZIP must be used, where pswd is the encryption code word.
