And finally, you can put a leash on the craft, so you can walk it like a dog. Don't skip this step - the leash makes the hovercraft twice as much fun. Use a brass fastener to attach a string just in front of where you placed the battery and the extra length of foam tape. Line up the brass fastener with the center of the craft, and then fasten it tightly to the hull. You can tape the string to the ground if you want your craft to travel in circles, and you can store the string at the front of the cabin when you want the hovercraft to fly free. <br><br> <img SRC="cover1.jpg" BORDER=0 height=240 width=320 align=right> Try adjusting the position of the battery holder. Move it forward for more speed (but not too far forward!) Move it backward for more obstacle clearance (but not too far backward!).
