<p>Dear xyx customer,</p>
<p>I am writing to inform you of a new and exciting addition to the FolderWave family. As you know, a critical component to the success of FolderWave’s case management solutions is understanding user requirements and translating those needs into technology solutions that drive value. As our solutions and users have grown, so have requests and suggestions from our end users and stakeholders. </p>
<p>To make certain we continue to understand the needs of our users, and expand on your suggestions, we are implementing a Requirements Management process that will encompass understanding, defining, prioritizing, and scheduling suggestions submitted to us. To that end, we have hired Jody Robertson-Schramm as our new Product Manager to oversee and guide this process.</p>
<p>Jody brings over 30 years of experience in project management roles for hardware and software development efforts, Web and UI design, database design, requirements documentation and systems integration. She is a welcome addition to our team and I would expect that you will get to know her well. </p>
<p>Over the coming weeks, as we work on the framework and then the details of our Requirements Management process, Jody will meet with you regarding your product ideas and to answer any questions you may have about this new process. As a result, we will be better positioned to provide enhanced product features in future releases and a product calendar later this spring. </p>
<p>To help gather issues and ideas, we have established a secured form on our Web site <a href="http://www.folderwave.com/requests/index.asp">www.folderwave.com/requests</a>. Here, you will be able to identify product enhancements as well as apprise us of any product concerns you may be experiencing. <p>This organizational evolution will enable us to more systematically and effectively couple and schedule user suggestions with our ongoing product development </p>
