<p><strong>Reporting to:</strong> VP for Sales and Marketing</p>
<p><strong>Location: </strong>Westford, MA/Boston Area</p>
<p>Our Sales Consulant is expected to support the sales team in consultative, strategic sales presentation/demonstration activities surrounding the sale of FolderWave solutions to the education sector (higher education and K-12).</p>
<p><strong>Key Tasks</strong><br />
</p>
<ul>
<li>Delivering sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current customers (in expansion opportunities)</li>
<li>Collect and analyze information during the sales process to identify customer needs and requirements (functional discovery)</li>
<li>Participate in strategic sales planning activities.</li>
<li>Work closely with sales, product management, development and services to ensure comprehensive solution knowledge</li>
<li>Support marketing and sales at industry conferences and meetings</li>
<li>Assist with functional review in proposals</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience</strong><br />
</p>
<ul>
<li>Undergraduate degree </li>
<li>A minimum of 5 years relevant professional work experience </li>
<li>Strong presentation skills </li>
<li>Maintain a high level of detailed product knowledge and present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner </li>
<li>Proven ability to learn quickly and independently </li>
<li>The ability to plan, strategize and problem-solve as part of a team</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment with time sensitive deadlines</li>
<li>Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>A team player willing to go the extra mile for the company and sales team</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience</strong><br />
</p>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience working with technology/systems used in education administration and/or marketing</li>
<li>Experience in an area within higher education enrollment management (recruitment, admission, financial aid, retention)</li>
<li>Experience in delivering sales presentations/demonstrations via the Web</li>
</ul>
