<h1 style="padding-top:10px;">Business Operations Specialist</h1>

<p>Our Business Operations Specialist is expected to work across functional teams in support of strategic and operations objectives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership teams supporting them in finance, reporting, analytics and guide the development and implementation of strategic priorities. </p>
<p>You must understand core project management principles and possess the ability to successfully manage competing resources and priorities. </p>
<p><strong>Key characteristics:</strong><br />
High performing individual with a solution-oriented focus and passion for process improvement who is technically savvy, self-motivated, and can hit the ground running in a very short timeframe. </p>
<ul>
<li>3-5 years minimum of relevant experience including financial planning/forecasting, contracts, business planning and/or business analysis for a technology company. </li>
<li>Demonstrated outstanding organizational and managerial skills, including knowledge and leadership in budget formulation and execution, procurement, financial analysis, and administrative management. </li>
<li>Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent. </li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and business judgment, with a drive for results and accuracy. </li>
<li>Proven collaboration experience and developing partnerships </li>
<li>Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, creative environment. </li>
<li>Strong, structured problem solving skills. The ability to frame problems, form hypotheses, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, actionable recommendations is critical. </li>
