<span class="text">Ferrite's <a href="products_MIP11.html" class="text"><strong>MIP11 Industrial Microwave Continuous Cooking Oven</strong></a> provides
efficient,<br />
uniform microwave cooking at a wide variety of speed and power settings. Most typically<br />
installed at facilities producing pre-cooked bacon, the <a href="products_MIP11.html" class="text"><strong>MIP11</strong></a> offers users the flexibility
to<br />
process up to 1,800 pounds (817 kg) of product per hour, depending on the product and<br />
process variables. The additional process control provided by Ferrite's Information Manage-<br />
ment System allows users the option of direct or remote system operation and monitoring.<br />

The basic <a href="products_MIP11.html" class="text"><strong>MIP11</strong></a> system consists of multiple 4-foot wide by 12-foot long (1.3 meters by 3.7<br />
meters) cooking cavities, input and output continuous conveyor
systems, and one or more<br />
<a href="transmitter2024.html" class="text"><strong>GET 2024</strong></a> microwave transmitters per cavity. The system is also modular and can be readily<br />
expanded to accommodate additional production
capacities.
