<p style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:18.0pt'>Like its author,
this page is still under development but in brief, I am a 65 year old, married,
father of 5 (!) who has been practicing law for about 32 years. I've done many things
prior to law which have helped to make my practice and my life reasonably
diversified.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>An accurate bio looks
absurd, even to me, but these are some of the things I've done for a living or
for fun: Migrant farm worker, pot washer, kosher chef, photographer/color
darkroom technician, waiter/bartender, mason, carpenter, roofer, painter,
musician, banker, actor (I was even a member of the Screen Actor's Guild), real
estate agent/broker (I currently own Estates Realty Co.), grand prix motorcycle
racing, rabid cyclist.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>When I'm not
practicing law or chasing kids I can be found: at little league games; brownie
or cub scout outings (I'm now an Assistant Cub Master for BSA Pack 77 and on
the committee for BSA Troop <a
href="http://www.geocities.com/boy_scout_troop_7/MainPage.html">7</a>, Port
Washington, NY); teaching someone to sail (<a
href="http://www.sailtasca.org/normal.asp?pageid=2">TASCA</a>), fish or drive a
<a href="http://newyorkmc.com/Default.asp">motorcycle</a>; driving (not
chasing) an ambulance for the Port Washington Fire Medics; doing community
theater; crashing Rotary Club breakfasts; or finally fooling around on my
