(See bastardy bond below). The Joseph Blevins, Jr. (age 13) in 1880 is, I believe, the same Joseph found in Wilkes Co., NC in 1900. In that census, Joseph is married and his mother, Polly, age 78, is living with his family. He also has a son named Millard whose birth date is 1898.
