James died in Hanover Co.,Va. on 7 Aug 1754; he was 66. James Standley's son, James Stanley, was born about 1708 in Henrico, Virginia. On 3 May 1728 James Stanley married Catherine Hutchins in the Friends Meeting, Henrico, VA. Catherine died in New Garden (Quaker), Guilford, NC on 20 Dec 1766; she was 58.
