Carl Gotthold became the pastor of the Salem congregation. In 1809 he accompanied his newly married daughter Sophia Seidel to Pennsylvania, and while there married his second wife, Catharina Fetter. He returned to Salem with Catharina later that year, but in 1811 they moved back to Pennsylvania to stay.<P> <HR> <H4>Second Generation</H4> Children of Carl Gotthold Reichel and Anna Dorothea Maass<BR> Sophia Dorothea Reichel (1781-1857) m.
