structured timelines, goals, and settings; motivation; mentoring; and access to
publishing for non-academic practitioners of color in the fields of peacemaking
and conflict resolution.</font><span style="font-size:11pt; mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="Arial">&nbsp; </font><span style="font-size:11pt; mso-bidi-font-size:10.0pt"><font face="Arial">A key
component of this project is the establishment of writing retreats, offering
participants the �space,� mentoring, and opportunity for being in community
with other writers, all of which will serve to advance their writing
goals.</font><span style="font-size:11pt; mso-spacerun: yes"><font face="Arial">&nbsp; Selected

have an interest in writing and a desire to publish on conflict
