<p class="text">SOMERVILLE, MA — Fairlane Properties, Inc. recently announced that Michael Grill and Hillary Brown of Fairlane Properties represented the landlord, Delhi Trust, in the leasing of 6,200 square feet to three tenants at 15 Ward Street in Somerville, MA. These three tenants included IntAct Labs represented by David Bergeron at T3 Realty Advisors, cheezwhse.com represented by Joel Miller of Perishable Management Services, Inc. and Home for Little Wanderers represented by Ben Coffin at Colliers Meredith & Grew.</p>
<p class="text">In addition to leasing properties owned by affiliates of Fairlane, including 1035 Cambridge Street in Cambridge and Chapel Business Center in Newton, Michael Grill and Hillary Brown of Fairlane Properties serve as landlord representative to owners of office buildings and also as tenant representative to tenants in the Greater Boston area. </p>
