SimpliSafe and One Mighty Roar join over 30 technology companies at the property. Geek Offices is opening its 6th coworking office suite, now with over 14,000 s/f, 30 companies with 65 employees.</p>
<p class="text">Stephanie Deering of ABG Realty represented SimpliSafe. Michael Grill and Hillary Brown of Fairlane Properties represented the landlord, Fairlane Columbia, LLC.</p>
