project manage/lead the maintenance and operation of Power Operations Systems applications

the technical expert to ISO business units on real time grid resource control applications
issues.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2">Specific responsibilities may include: Manage the
maintenance and operation functions of the Operations Systems Applications. Assist with
application design, development, testing and implementation of Operations Systems
applications. Administer all interfaces between the internal Operations Systems databases
and all other subsystems (i.e. SI, SA, BBS, MDAS, BITS). Monitor real time grid resource
control systems performance and evaluate and implement modifications for improvements.
Serve as liaison to internal and external clients, providing leadership in
determining user needs. Analyze and resolve real-time computer hardware, software and
database problems in a time-critical environment. Ensure client satisfaction by providing
timely problem response, accurate results and application reliability. Provide 24-hour

Develops and manages ISO grid-wide protection standard. Approves generation and
transmission interconnections. Provides oversight of Remedial Action Schemes. Bachelor's
degree in Electrical Engineering required, advanced degree preferred. Eight years
experience in power system engineering, operations, or transmission planning. Familiarity
with protection system design, operation and maintenance preferred. Professional
Engineering license in California is desirable. Experience with California or other WSCC
transmission grid is highly desirable. </font></p>

System in Alhambra for the ISO under general direction. Operations Engineer in Folsom, CA:

studies and technical support concerning the operation of the transmission system to
System Dispatchers, Outage Coordinators, Security Monitors, and Congestion Management

firm, with Southern California offices in Laguna Hills and San Diego, is seeking a <strong>Senior
Electrical Engineer </strong>to work on a wide range of consulting projects. Previous
experience working for an engineering or related professional services firm is a plus.</font></p>
<b><p align="left"><font size="2">Position Responsibilities: </b>Prepare equipment
and installation plans and specifications for generating, control, protection and
ancillary equipment and station service systems in power plants. Prepare equipment
installation plans and specifications for electrical systems in water treatment facilities
and industrial plants. Prepare equipment and installation plans and specifications for
electric power substations. Review equipment shop drawings and coordinate with project
requirements. Prepare relay coordination studies. Interact regularly with clients, project
managers, engineers, consultants, and other staff contributing to documents. </font></p>
<b><p><font size="2">Position Qualifications:</font><ul>
</b>
<li><font size="2">A minimum of a BSEE,</font></li>
<li><font size="2">A California PE license or the ability to obtain one within a year are
required.</font></li>
<li><font size="2">Ten to twenty years of relevant experience managing and completing public
works projects, with a strong background in control systems and PLC applications,</font></li>
<li><font size="2">Proven ability to manage project teams involving planning and design of
electrical systems and facilities are needed. </font></li>
<li><font size="2">High level of computer literacy, strong analytical and technical writing
skills. </font></li>
<li><font size="2">Ability to interpret technical information and adapt it to a
non-technical audience. </font></li>
<li><font size="2">Strong organizational skills, a teamwork philosophy, and excellence
verbal communications skills. </font></li>

Engineer</strong> to work on a wide range of consulting projects. Previous experience
working for an engineering or related professional services firm is a plus. </font></p>
<b><p align="left"><font size="2">Position Responsibilities: </b>Work as part of a
team of mechanical engineers on a wide range of assignments from direct consulting in
solving client problems to designing projects from concept to startup. Prepare
construction documents, drawings, specifications, reports and cost estimates for a wide
range of projects. Interact regularly with clients, project managers, engineers,
consultants, and other staff contributing to documents. </font></p>
<b><p><font size="2">Position Qualifications:</font><ul>
</b>
<li><font size="2">A minimum of a BSME.</font></li>
<li><font size="2">California EIT or PE license or plans to obtain one. </font></li>
<li><font size="2">Experience from entry level to 5 years of general experience in public
works projects. </font></li>
<li><font size="2">An ability and interest to work on projects involving water, wastewater,
stormwater and solid waste facilities. </font></li>
<li><font size="2">Candidate must be familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office products. </font></li>
<li><font size="2">Strong analytical, technical writing and editorial skills.</font></li>
<li><font size="2">Ability to interpret technical information and adapt it to a
