Alcoa and TVA have extended an exchange agreement to 2005. ER98-149.

Energy 2000, affiliate of MM Answering Services of PA, has filed for marketer status. ER98-171.

Millenium Energy Corp., a private PA corp, has filed for marketer status. ER98-174.

Howard/Avista Energy LLC, affiliate of Washington Water Power and Howard Publications, has filed for marketer status. ER98-181.

Allegheny Power filing sets role of OASIS, Transmission Line Loading Relief Procedure. ER98-191.

GPU has amended tariffs to allow transmission for retail pilot programs. ER98-218.

North American Energy has filed for marketer status. ER98-242.

Con Ed has filed a proposed Retail Access Sales Tariff. ER98-270.

Con Ed subsidiary Pro Mark has changed its name to Consolidated Edison Solutions, Inc. ER98-274.

PECO has filed agreements under which alternative suppliers obtain transmission under Retail Access Pilot Programs. ER98-293-322; 382-389.

Horizon Energy, a PECO retail gas marketing subsidiary, has filed for marketer status. ER98-380.

Wolverine Power Supply Coop, is leaving RUS jurisdiction for FERC jurisdiction. ER98-411, 413.

Com/Energy Marketing, a natural gas marketing affiliate of Commonwealth Electric Co., has filed for marketer status. ER98-449.

Bangor Energy Resale, Inc., sub of Bangor Hydro-Electric, has filed for marketer status. ER98-459.

NEPOOL has amended agreement regarding congested interfaces. ER98-499.

Cinergy has filed a transmission tariff to support "Buy Through" service, a form of retail wheeling. ER98-523.

Boston Edison has filed an Interconnection and Operating Agreement to support its planned divestiture of its geenrating assets ER98-524.

Bruin Energy, gas marketing affiliate of Mack Oil Co., has filed for marketer status. ER98-538.


Southeast 

Current Energy has filed for marketer status. ER98-102.


Southwest 

California�s utilities are filing "must run" agreements with the California ISO to assure their operation in competitive markets. ER98-441, 495-497.

Panda Power, affiliate of independent power producer Panda Energy International, has filed for marketer status. ER98-447.

New West Energy Corp., affiliate of Salt River Project, has filed for marketer status. ER98-504.

Western Energy Marketers, a consulting firm, has filed for marketer status. ER98-537


Northwest

Puget Sound Energy has filed transmission contract for retail pilot program. ER98-486.

The Rocky Mountain Reserve Group has been proposed to coordinate generation reserves in the Rocky Mountain region. ER98-498.
