Northeast
 
Northeast Energy Services, a sub of Equitable Resources, has filed for marketer status. ER97-4347.

SEMCO Energy Services, an affiliate of SEMCO Energy Gas Co., a Michigan LDC, has filed for marketer status. ER97-4352.

NIMO has filed tariffs to support its Retail Pilot Program. ER97-4568.

Conective Energy will suppy Monroe Township, NJ, with power under a retail pilot program. ER97-4600.

NIPSCO is unbundling services for the Town of Argos, resulting in rate decreases of almost 40% for 1998. ER97-4672.

Starghill Alternative Energy Corp., which operates natural gas vehicle conversion facilities, has filed for marketer status. ER97-4680.

Alpena Power Marketing has filed for marketer status. ER97-4745.

PECO has filed tariffs to assign responsibility for portions of its PJM obligations to alternate suppliers in its pilot program. ER98-028.

PECO, PPL ,GPU and Duquesne have filed tariffs under which they will act as "Designated Agents" to collect transmission fees from customers for alternative suppliers under pilot programs. ER98-041, 050, 064.


Southeast 

Eastern Energy Marketing, a sub of the Eastern Group of Alexandria, VA, has filed for marketer status. ER97-4381.

Electric Lite, Inc., of Greenville, S.C., has filed for marketer status. ER97-4427.

Clean Air Capital Markets has filed for marketer status. ER97-4434.

Alpha Energy Corp., has filed for marketer status. ER97-4730.


Midwest

NRG Power Marketing, a sub of Northern States Power, has filed for marketer status. ER97-4281.

MidAmerican is providing unbundled retail access service for certain of its Iowa customers. ER97-4555.

WPSC is purchasing power from DePere�s proposed gas-fired power facility at an International Paper Co. Mill for 25 years. ER97-4586.


Southwest

Anaheim will swap 50 MW of Nov 97/Dec 98 power for 100 MW of June-September 98 power from Idaho Power Co. ER97-4344.

OGE Energy Resources, an affiliate of Oklahoma Gas & Electric, has filed for marketer status. ER97-4345.

Mouton Niguel Water District has filed for marketer status. ER97-4346.

PowerCom, a natural gas marketer, has filed for marketer status. ER97-4364.

Valero Power has changed its name to PG&E Power Services Co., in wake of purchase by PG&E. ER97-4492.

Williams Generation Company-Hazelton is seeking to sell power at market-based rates. ER97-4587.

New Energy Ventures has filed for marketer status for a number of its local affiliates. ER97-4636, 4652, 4653, 4654.

High Island Marketing has filed for marketer status. ER97-4787.

Enron Energy Services Power, Enron�s retail arm, has filed for marketer status in order to be able to sell its surpluses. ER98-013.

Mieco Power Marketing, a sub of Marubeni, has filed for marketer status. ER98-051.

Colt Electric Corp. , has filed for marketer status. ER98-081.

Pacificorp is selling Cowlitz power through April 2002 at $1.19/kW/Mo. plus $15.65 for energy, plus BPA wheeling charges. ER97-4667.
