Northeast 

Roxdel, (Rochester Gas & Electric) has filed for marketer status. ER97-3556.

Greenwich Energy Partners has ceased op-erating as a power marketer. ER97-3640.

GPU Advanced Resources (General Public Utilities) has filed for marketer status. ER97-3666.

Energy Express (Bay State Gas) has filed for marketer status. ER97-3745.

Detroit Edison has filed to sell at market-based rates to its affiliate, DTE Energy Trad-ing ER97-3832.

DTE Energy Trading (Detroit Edison) and DTE-CoEnergy LLC (Detroit Edison and Michigan Consolidated Gas Co) have filed for marketer status. ER97-3834, 3835.

JCPL will buy power from a cogen facility and engage in a retail wheeling transaction in which it will move power through it DuPont-owned distribution facilities to customer IST Corp. ER97-3854.

NIMO is wheeling power from NYPA to a variety of retail customers. ER97-3892- 3898, 3932, 3936, 3937.

NIMO will purchase power from an ex-panded hydro facility at long-run avoided cost rates.


Southeast 

Cinergy has taken Greenwood SC away from Duke for five years. ER97-3305.

Columbia Power Marketing (Columbia Gas) has filed for marketer status. ER97- 3667.

Anker Power Services (Anker Coal) has filed for marketer status. ER97-3788.

Friendly Power Company has filed for mar-keter status. ER97-3815.

Duke Energy Trading has taken over and displaced PanEnergy Trading. ER97-3858.

TECO EnergySource has acquired Lykes Energy including its Peoples Gas subsidiary. ER97-4011.


Midwest 

City of Columbia is paying Union Electric a reservation charge for short-term nonfirm power of up to $4.08/kW/week, and will pay SO2 allowance fees. ER97-3675.

ComEd is providing Batavia with curtailable power at $35/kW annual credit from tariff for passthrough to its customers. ER97-3725.

CIPSCO has agreed to reduce its demand charges to City of Newton, Ill. through June 1999.

ComEd to waive deposit requirements for transmission customers meeting credit re-quirements. ER97-3955.

California Power Services has filed for mar-keter status. ER97-3525.

Valley Electric Coop is seeking a disclaimer of FERC jurisdiction. ER97-3740-42.

SDG&E is seeking to terminate emergency service and turn it over to the California ISO. ER97-3803.

Sierra Pacific is reducing line loss factors. ER97-4010.


Southwest 

EPEC Marketing, formerly Tenneco Marketing, is now EPEM Marketing Company, and is still a subsidiary of El Paso. ER97-2113.

Southwestern Power Marketers has filed for marketer status. ER97-2529.

APS has withdrawn a special standby charge for customers with extreme load swings under threat of litigation. ER97-2756.

Zond has entered an agreement with Northern States Power for a 107 MW wind facility. ER97-2904.

Keystone Energy Services has filed for marketer status; will retail in CA markets. ER97-3053.

Dispute resolution procedures have been added to the TANC/PG&E "Principles for Tesla-Midway Transmission Service Agreement. ER97-3225

Global Energy and Technology has filed for marketer status. ER97-3416.

Tri-Vally Corp., an oil and gas development co., has filed for marketer status. ER97-3428.

GS Electric has won a competitive bid to supply unit power to Golden Spread from GS� share of Mustang Station. ER97-3583.


Northwest 

TransAlta Enterprise Corp. Is now TransAlta Energy Marketing Corp. ER97- 3802.

Pacificorp Power Marketing is seeking mar-keter status for six subsidiaries: PPM One through Six. ER97-3886.

The Green Power Connection has filed for marketer status. ER97-3888.
