Bulk Power Hilites For August 1997 Summary Highlights of Recent Transmission and Bulk Power Agreements ------------------------------------------------------------------- Northeast Roxdel, (Rochester Gas & Electric) has filed for marketer status. ER97-3556. Greenwich Energy Partners has ceased op-erating as a power marketer. ER97-3640. GPU Advanced Resources (General Public Utilities) has filed for marketer status. ER97-3666. Energy Express (Bay State Gas) has filed for marketer status. ER97-3745. Detroit Edison has filed to sell at market-based rates to its affiliate, DTE Energy Trad-ing ER97-3832. DTE Energy Trading (Detroit Edison) and DTE-CoEnergy LLC (Detroit Edison and Michigan Consolidated Gas Co) have filed for marketer status. ER97-3834, 3835. JCPL will buy power from a cogen facility and engage in a retail wheeling transaction in which it will move power through it DuPont-owned distribution facilities to customer IST Corp. ER97-3854. NIMO is wheeling power from NYPA to a variety of retail customers. ER97-3892- 3898, 3932, 3936, 3937. NIMO will purchase power from an ex-panded hydro facility at long-run avoided cost rates.
