New Millennium Energy Corp has filed for marketer status. ER97-2681.

Central Hudson Enterprise Corp., affiliate of Central Hudson Gas & Electric, has filed for marketer status. ER97-2869.

R. Hadler and Company has filed for marketer status. ER97-3056.

Consumers Energy Corp has filed a proposed Direct Access Tariff to implement Michigan�s retail wheeling program. ER97-3221.

PJM is seeking to eliminate a portion of its open access tariff which permits nonfirm transmission customers to continue service by paying a congestion charge. ER97-3463.

Woodruff Energy, a sub of Woodruff Oil, has filed for marketer status. ER97-3526.

First Power, a Michigan gas marketer, has filed for power marketer status. ER97-3580.

Power Systems Group has filed for marketer status. ER97-3187.

LG&E Power Marketing is now LG&E Energy Marketing. ER97-3418.

Zond has entered an agreement with Northern States Power for a 107 MW wind facility. ER97-2904.

Cadillac Renewable Energy is acquiring all of Beaver Michigan�s interests in a 34 MW wood-fired facility in Michigan. ER97-3048.

Energy Dynamics, a subsidiary of Nimrod Natural Gas, has filed for power marketer status. ER97-3089.

Corn Belt has withdrawn from membership in Soyland Power Cooperative. ER97-3121.

R.J. Dahnke has ceased operations as a power marketer. ER97-3191.

EPEC Marketing, formerly Tenneco Marketing, is now EPEM Marketing Company, and is still a subsidiary of El Paso. ER97-2113.

Southwestern Power Marketers has filed for marketer status. ER97-2529.

APS has withdrawn a special standby charge for customers with extreme load swings under threat of litigation. ER97-2756.

Tri-Vally Corp., an oil and gas development co., has filed for marketer status. ER97-3428.

GS Electric has won a competitive bid to supply unit power to Golden Spread from GS� share of Mustang Station. ER97-3583.
