NORTHEAST

The PJM Interconnection has reformulated itself as the Mid-Atlantic Energy Market.  ER97-2184-2191.

Xenergy has refiled for marketer status, after rejection due to NYSEG connection.  ER97-2517; 2571.

Applied Resources Integrated Services (ARIS) has filed for marketer status.  ER97-2604.

Advantage Energy has filed for marketer status.  ER97-2758.

Community Electric Power Corp. Has filed for marketer status. ER97-2792.

Penobscot Bay Energy Company has filed for marketer status. ER97-2875.

United Regional Energy Corp., an affilate of Advanced Telecom Services, has filed for marketer status.  ER97-2900.

Con Ed has raised wheeling rates for economic development customers.  ER97-2971-2976.

SOUTHEAST

Duke Power has applied for stranded cost recovery from City of Greenwood, which has switched to Cinergy.  ER97-2213.

NP Energy, formerly HorizEn Energy is selling 50% of its stock to National Power PLC.  ER97-2485.

Energy 2000 has filed for marketer status.  ER97-2771.

MIDWEST

MidAmerican Energy has selected Zond Development to provide 112.5 MW of wind power for 20 years.   ER97-2532.

WEPCO plans to curtail large retail customers to supply other regional utilities. Regional shortages are anticipated due to nuclear outages. ER97-2866.

WP&L plans to curtail large retail customers to supply other regional utilities. Regional shortages are anticipated due to nuclear outages. ER97-2936.

Commonwealth Edison has filed Emergency Redispatch Service Schedule to prepare for nuclear outages.  ER97-2977.

Engage Energy has succeeded Newco as power marketer.  ER97-2421.

TerraWatt has filed for marketer status.  ER97-2679.

Vantus Power Services is now PG&E Energy Services, Energy Trading Corporation.  ER97-2690.

Paragon Gas Marketing has withdrawn from power marketing business.  ER97-2779.

Heath Petra has withdrawn from power marketing business.  ER97-2779.

Alternative Current Power Group (AC Power Group) has filed for marketer status.  ER97-2867.

Entergy Power Marketing has amended its standards of conduct to permit business with affiliate Entergy Operating Companies.  ER97-3014.

NORTHWEST


Idaho Power is selling 50 MW firm to PGE for $14.75/mWh at 100% load factor for four years commencing July 1, 1997.  ER97-2717.

Deseret has reduced rat to Moon Lake to $36.60/mWh to allow Moon Lake to hold onto Pennzoil.  ER97-2802.

Northwest Power Pool has changed voting requirement from "consensus" to "two-thirds."  ER97-2847.
