ER97-413. HQ Energy Services (Hydro Quebec) has filed for marketer status. ER97-851. REMVEC II has been formed. ER97-855. Delmarva will be serving ODEC members on Delmarva peninsula for one year. ER97-925. A water tolling agreement between Holyoke Water Power and the City of Holyoke. ER97-959. Consumers Power and Detroit Edison have terminated their pooling agreement for failure to agree on how to comply with Order 888. ER97-1012. Potomac Edison is allowing Eastalco Aluminum to engage in buy/sell type retail wheeling. ER97-1066. NEP has won the bid to supply Vermont Electric Cooperative through 1998. ER97-1069.
