Northeast

Proposed merger of Ohio Edison, Pennsylvania Power Co., CEI and Toledo Edison into FirstEnergy.
ER97-413.

HQ Energy Services (Hydro Quebec) has filed for marketer status.  ER97-851.

REMVEC II has been formed.  ER97-855.

Delmarva will be serving ODEC members on Delmarva peninsula for one year.   ER97-925.

A water tolling agreement between Holyoke Water Power and the City of Holyoke.  ER97-959.

Consumers Power and Detroit Edison have terminated their pooling agreement for failure to agree
on how to comply with Order 888.  ER97-1012.

Potomac Edison is allowing Eastalco Aluminum to engage in buy/sell type retail wheeling.  ER97-1066.

NEP has won the bid to supply Vermont Electric Cooperative through 1998.  ER97-1069.

In an early test of the use of tax-exempt bonds, NEP will flow through savings to customers.
ER97-1115.

UAE has terminated PSE&G transmission contract for Continental Energy, the bankrupt QF it manages.
ER97-1132.

CL&P-Citizens Lehman agreement calls for split of market price reductions.  ER97-1126.

South Jersey Energy has filed for marketer status.  ER97-1397.

American Power Reserves Marketing has filed for Marketer status.  ER97-1428.

Alabama Power has filed to recover costs of buyout of long-term coal contracts.  ER97-934.

Entergy has filed an updated market power analysis.  ER97-1064.

Midwest

Mid Continent Market Center ha samended its Statement of Operating Conditions.
ER97-617.

Morgan Stanley will serve Oconto Electric Cooperative.  ER97-969.

TC Power Solutions has filed for marketer status.  ER97-1117.

NSP is providing fully bundled service (generation and transmission) for $139/kW/yr.  ER97-1294.

PEC Energy Marketing (Polsky Energy) has filed for marketer status.  ER97-1431.  It has also formed
a subsidiary, DePere Energy Marketing and has filed for marketer status for that sub.  ER97-1432.

Southwest


Continental Energy Service (Continental Natural Gas Inc.) has filed for
marketer
status.  ER97-319.

CPL, WTU, TU, and HL&P have agreed to allow use of alternatives to the MW-
mile pricing
method for transmission.  ER97-1056.

El Paso has reduced minimum firm commitment from Southwestern from 75 MW to 35 MW.
ER97-1061.

Weatherford has moved its business to WTU from City of Austin, becoming a
"remote control area load."  ER97-1067.

Power Source has ceased operations as a marketer.  ER97-1076.

Power Access Management has filed for marketer status.  ER97-1084.

CSW Marketing (CSW Energy) has refiled for marketer status. Original filing
was rejected for failure to comply with 888.  ER97-1238.

Tenneco Energy Marketing is now EPEC Marketing Company (El Paso).   ER97-1256.

CRSS Power Marketing is now Tractabel Energy Marketing. ER97-1374.

Northwest

Powerex (BC Hydro) has filed for marketer status.  ER97-556.

WWP has filed a direct access tariff to support its retail wheeling
pilot.  ER97-960.

PGE has filed tariff to provide transmission and ancillary services in
its retail wheeling pilot program under same terms as its open access
transmission program.   ER97-1112.

Wasatch Energy Corp has filed for marketer status.  ER97-1248.
