Northeast

New England Power has terminated agreements with its retail affiliates to implement Massachusetts'
"Consumers First" retail competition plan.  ER97-678, 680.

GAPP Experiment Participation Agreement deals with parallel flow problem.  ER97-697.

NESI, a NIPSCO sub, has filed for marketer status, will take over all NIPSCO marketing.  ER97-841.

Sunoco has filed for marketer status.  ER97-870.

Delmarva has filed a code of conduct.  ER97-912.

Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Co. has amended its contracts to take into account shutdown of its
nuclear plant. ER97-913.

City of Williston has singled with FPC until 2002 in return for rate break of $4/mWh.  ER97-606.

Newco, a partnership of Coastal and Westcoast Energy, has filed for marketer status.  ER97-654.

Revelation Energy Resources,  a specialist in church and college consumer marketing, has filed for
marketer status.  ER97-765.

FPL agreement calls for sales at maximum of $17.90/mWh.  ER97-804, 815.

Resource Energy Services (Piedmont Energy and Boyd Rosene Affiliate) has filed for marketer status.

MP&L is holding City of Keewatin with contract to 2012.  ER97-814.

Ontario Hydro Interconnected Markets has filed for marketer status.  ER97-852.

BART is buying power from BPA over PG&E lines.  ER97-696.

Pacific Enterprises has cancelled the rate schedule of its marketer to avoid FERC jurisdiction of its
merger with Enova. ER97-703.

ProMark Energy, a Con Ed subsidiary, has filed for marketer status.  ER97-705.

Marketer Cook Inlet Energy has revised its tariff to add a code of conduct in preparation for merger of
general partner Enron with PGE.  ER97-708.

NXIS has filed for marketer status. ER97-778.

CSW filed combined transmission tariffs for access to its operating companies� lines.  ER97-881.

Northwest

Pacificorp has modified contract with WAPA to set prices for various blocks of capacity.  WAPA
currently pays $16.54/kW/Mo.  Rates will fall as low as $3.00/kW/Mo.  ER97-293.

Northwest Natural Gas Co. filed for marketer status.  ER97-683.
