Bulk Power Highlights For January 1997 Summary Highlights of Recent Transmission and Bulk Power Agreements ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Northeast New England Power has terminated agreements with its retail affiliates to implement Massachusetts' "Consumers First" retail competition plan. ER97-678, 680. GAPP Experiment Participation Agreement deals with parallel flow problem. ER97-697. NESI, a NIPSCO sub, has filed for marketer status, will take over all NIPSCO marketing. ER97-841. Sunoco has filed for marketer status. ER97-870. Delmarva has filed a code of conduct. ER97-912. Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Co. has amended its contracts to take into account shutdown of its nuclear plant. ER97-913. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Southeast City of Williston has singled with FPC until 2002 in return for rate break of $4/mWh. ER97-606. Newco, a partnership of Coastal and Westcoast Energy, has filed for marketer status. ER97-654.
