Northeast

CEI has cancelled a lease of its ownership interest in the Seneca Pumped Storage facility to
JCP&L because FERC insisted on regulating it.  ER96-3115.

Milford Power�s owners, Enron and Hones Charles River have transferred their ownership to
TEVCO cogeneration company.   ER97-045.

Maine PSC has made its quarterly filing of market-bas transactions.  ER97-151.

CL&P has ended its program of buying excess capacity from on-site generating equipment for
lack of use.  ER97-154.

Southeast

Kincaid Generation, (affiliate of Dominion Energy) has filed for market-based rates for the
Kincaid generating facility.  ER97-030.

Alabama Power Co. has reduced its partial requirements service charges to AMEA by $3
million/yr.  ER97-119.

Manner Technologies has filed for marketer status.  ER97-135.

TECO is selling FMPA power at fixed rates escalating to $19.55/mWh by 2001. ER97-169.

MidAmerican Energy Co. has filed its quarterly report on market-based transactions. ER97-128.

Southwest

PanEnergy and Mobil have formed a new marketer, called PanEnergy Trading & Marketing
Services.  ER96-2921.

Burlington Resources Trading, Inc. (subsidiary of Burlington Resources, an oil and gas
marketer) has filed for marketer status.  ER97-3112.

United Power Technologies, (consultant and indepedent gas marketer) has field for marketer
status.  ER97-122.

Northwest

National Power Marketing Co. has field for marketer status.  It is 50% owned by National Fuel
Marketing Co., a gas marketer.  ER96-2942.

Idaho Power Co. is decreasing its rates under its contract with Oregon Trail Electric Consumers
Coop.  ER96-3145.

WWP is proposing to sell at market-based rates. ER97-007.

P&T Power Co.  (a sub of Pope & Talbot, Inc., a pulp, paper and wood products manufacturer)
has filed for marketer status.  ER97-018.

American Hunter Energy (affiliate of Canadian Hunter Exploration, an oil and gas co.) has filed
for marketer status.  ER97-144.

Portland General Electric has entered into transmission agreements with itself.  ER97-153.
