<p>Academic Asset Management (AAM) has been providing K-12 school districts with innovative textbook asset control solutions for more than a decade.</p>
<h3>Company History</h3>
<p> 2009 - AAM opens its west coast office in Los Angeles.<br />
2008 - TextFREIGHT<sup>tm</sup> is launched.<br />
2006 - TextWAREHOUSER<sup>tm</sup> is launched.<br />
2004 - TextTRACKER<sup>tm</sup> is launched.<br />
2002 - AAM obtains its first K-12 school district agreement.<br />
2001 - textORDERtm is launched.<br />
2000 - Academic Asset Management (AAM) is founded in Baltimore.</p>

<h3>Ron Duvall, AAM Founder and CEO</h3>
<p>SFrom 1992 to 2005, Mr. Duvall managed Duvall Group Consulting, an operations and finance consulting company. Primary clients of Duvall Group Consulting are university business services (bookstores in particular). Clients include UCLA, USC, Stanford, University of Miami, New York University, Indiana University, Massachusetts State College System, and the Northern Virginia Community College System.</p>
<p>Prior to that, Mr. Duvall spent 22 years in university business services management and served such entities as State University of New York (SUNY), Johns Hopkins University, and Georgetown University. He became an industry leader in financial and operational efficiency processes, developed innovative initiatives, including textbook processing, and developed the most profitable bookstores in the country.</p>
<p>Mr. Duvall has a bachelor's degree in business administration. He resides in the Baltimore area, is married and has three grown sons.</p>
