<p class="text">School district food services encompass much more than the preparation and serving of lunch once a day for a school’s student population. Food procurement and preparation, healthy and safe breakfast and lunch options, dining facilities and equipment, operational budget and food inventory and management, are all important aspects of your overall food service operation.<br/><br />
For a school district’s entire food service operation to be successful, administrators should perform regular evaluative reviews of food service assets and inventory handling, all dining services accounting, and levels of personnel management. Duvall Consulting Group (DCG) can step in and perform all the necessary reviews.
