<p class="text">Duvall Consulting Group�s (DCG) operational and financial review of university food service operations goes beyond simply reporting on the current state of your dining services; DCG also examines vendor contracts and the levels of responsiveness and attentiveness to contract terms on the part of the vendor. Items included in DCG�s evaluation can include reviews of service, quality of performance, facility usage and maintenance, and financial results.<br /><br />
Duvall Consulting implements its consultative review in three steps:<br /><br />
1. Upon a university�s acceptance of DCG�s evaluation proposal, the university completes a preliminary data request and provides copies of current vendor contracts. The relevant university contact will provide upfront information such as the school�s objectives for its food service operation, information regarding student body enrollment, growth projections, board plan data and financials.<br /><br />
2. DCG conducts a 2-3-day on-site visit to collect additional data, and to meet with university and contractor personnel. DCG will also seek further information as required from the data-gathering sessions.<br /><br />
3. DCG performs an in-depth analysis of the data collected and addresses any outstanding questions. A draft report is sent to university administrators, and a meeting is scheduled to review the report.<br /><br />
Upon conclusion of the report review session, Duvall Consulting Group goes a step further and provides insights on how to administer food service vendor contracts most effectively, including highlighting how to understand the main points of a contract and how the university can leverage the contract to ensure vendor compliance with all contractual obligations.<br /><br />
