<p class="text" style="margin-top:10px;font-size:15px;">Essentially, Duvall Retail Management (DRM) will assume the role of your Bookstore Director. If your bookstore director is moving on to a new position or will be retiring, DRM can become your store's director and manage the store. This will be achieved through remote store management.</p>
<p class="text" style="margin-top:10px;font-size:15px;">Remote management works very nicely by installing a series of cameras in the store and implementation of a state-of-the-art point of sale system. We will be able to monitor the store in real time, have instantaneous access to all financial data from the register operation to inventory levels to financial statements. Meetings will be held via Zoom. Professional development of your staff will also be provided.</p>
<p class="text" style="margin-top:10px;font-size:15px;">If your store is currently self-operated, it will remain self-operated. If your store is currently outsourced, we will take the lead in transitioning it to self-operated, handling all aspects of the transition.</p>
<p class="text" style="margin-top:10px;font-size:15px;">With the Duvall Group's vast experience in operating and consulting with university bookstores, it is very easy for us to oversee the bookstore and optimize customer service, sales and financial return.</p>
<p class="text" style="margin-top:10px;font-size:15px;">Through our consulting practice, we have operated stores for universities on a short-term basis (up to a year). Our objective was to turn the operations around operationally and financially. We were very successful in those situations.</p>
