<p class="text">Duvall Group Founder, Ron Duvall, has an unparalleled reputation as an experienced, objective partner to colleges and universities. Since 1992, Ron has developed and implemented effective operational solutions for successful management of campus bookstores.<br />
<br />
Ron has spent his entire career in education management including the State University of New York and Johns Hopkins University as book center manager. As V.P of Operations at Campus Books, he developed and implemented policies and procedures as well as a comprehensive training program.<br />
<br />
Later, he joined Georgetown University as Director of Book Shops, where he designed and opened a 16,000 square foot store on the main campus. Additionally, Ron computerized all stores, instituted a mail order system, designed and supervised the construction of the Law Center Store and financially improved the operation to the point that GU Book Shops returned the largest percentage of revenue dollars of any bookstore in the National Association of College Stores.<br />
<br />
While at Georgetown, he served as Interim Executive Director of Auxiliary Services. In that position Ron led the implementation of a debit card system, re-negotiated two major agreements with Marriott Corporation and significantly enhanced the financial position of the operation. <br />
<br />
In 1993, Ron founded Duvall Consulting Group. Since the founding, he has developed and implemented effective solutions for over 150 colleges and universities – coast to coast. </p>
<br />
Ron earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from State University of New York (SUNY) in Canton, NY and a Bachelor of Science - Business Administration and Accounting from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY.</p>

Additionally, through needs analysis, Leah supports and trains university bookstore staff with marketing, sales and inventory practices, as well as providing a needs analysis of academic intellectual property formats and models.
