The Division of Clinical Research Resources (DCRR), under the direction of Dr. Patrice Hibberd, is dedicated to providing the necessary tools and resources to assist investigators at all stages of their careers - from nascent to experienced - in the conduct of scientifically sound and meritorious clinical research.
<p>
Our experienced staff is available to assist in all areas of clinical research from preliminary pilot studies to Phase III clinical trials.
<p>
<u>Grant development</u> for all types of clinical research including pilot studies, observations studies, and clinical trials.
<p>
<u>Protocol development</u> that includes study design, consent process, sample size and power, data management and statistical analysis plans, and trial logistics.
<p>
<u>Informatics</u> including data management, data collection form development, and subject tracking.
<p>
<u>Biostatistical support</u> including data monitoring and statistical plans and analyses.
<p>
Through the General Clinical Research Center (GCRC) core laboratory, nutrition, nursing, and social work support is also available.
<p>
In addition, the Division of Clinical Research Resources assists clinical researchers in career development and conducts courses and seminars on research-related topics. The staff of the DCRR is integrated with the Institute�s Clinical Research Program at the Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Science.
