We have been incorporated in the state of Virginia since 1993. We started out as an information technology company which helped companies to automate their proposal process using electronic contracts and forms. Using this process companies were able to increase the number of proposals submitted to federal and commercial agencies. <br><br> Since 9/11, we have shifted away from a pure software development model to a business development model with an emphasis on federal sales and marketing. The primary reason for this shift was to address the needs of the rising number companies who need more one-on-one federal sales assistance. <br><br> Corporate downsizing and outsourcing fuels our model because it encourages professionals to network and start their own businesses. Many of these new leaner meaner businesses are aggressively perusing federal contract. Ironically, in some cases, corporations are actually competing for contracts against the same people they eliminated. <br><br> Changing government regulations fuels our new model because some agencies require the government buyers to purchase from suppliers who have active procurement vehicles(GSA Schedule, HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran) in place.
