was employed by Nagelvoort & Company, Inc., a private investment banking firm headquartered in New York. He holds a B.S. from Georgetown University and
an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. Mr. Lobo serves on the Board of Directors of Acton Mobile Industries, AMF Bowling Worldwide, Inc., QubicaAMF Worldwide,
S.a.r.L., Royall & Company, Swank Audio Visuals, LLC, and WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, LLC. He also founded the Sarcoma Research Foundation and serves on the Board of Directors
of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Illinois. <br>
