and Corporate Finance Departments. He holds a B.S. and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. Mr. Lhee serves on the Board of
Directors of Acton Mobile Industries, Heartland Dental Care, Inc., and Swank Audio Visuals, LLC. <br>
