	Before joining Citicorp, he was employed by Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh and Chicago. He holds an A.B. from Cornell University. Mr. Simmons serves on the 
	Board of Directors of Dura-Line Holdings, LVI Services Inc., and Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. Mr. Simmons also serves as Chairman of the
