TricorBraun, a portfolio company of Chicago-based CHS Capital™ acquired The Packaging Design Group on April 12, 2016.

Headquartered in Maryland, The Packaging Design Group is an international, packaging innovation, design, development and consulting company with a focus on supplying custom rigid packaging solutions to the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. The company was founded in 1995 by Kenneth Gillman and Peter Kallman who have more than 70 years of combined experience in the field. The Packaging Design Group will continue to operate under its current name and will become a division of TricorBraun with immediate access to all of the resources and options that TricorBraun provides.
