Fortiline Waterworks, a portfolio company of Chicago-based CHS Capital™ has completed the acquisition of Construction Site Services, LLC, a Kentucky-based distributor of waterworks materials.

“Fortiline now has 33 distribution branches in 12 states, expanding its reach into Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Tennessee and Kentucky,” said Tim Tysinger, President & CEO of Fortiline. “We continue to pursue strategic add-on opportunities in the waterworks space that grow our product offerings and expand our customer coverage.”
