WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, a portfolio company of Chicago-based CHS Capital™, completed the acquisition of CM Washer Service, a provider of laundry services for the multi-tenant housing industry headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California.
</p>
<p>
Since 1929, CM Washer Service has provided sales, leasing and service of laundry room equipment to multi-tenant housing owners throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. The acquisition will further enhance WASH’s presence on the West Coast.
</p>

“This acquisition advances our goal to increase our operational infrastructure through market density at a local and national level,” said Adam Coffey, President and CEO of WASH.
